Program Management: Actively led a cross-functional team of developers to drive business value for customers through a highly focused approach to problem understanding, resulting in successful delivery of projects and exceptional outcomes. 

Product Management: Worked very closely with the stakeholders on getting the use cases captured and then based on user research created the MRD/PRD. Successfully designed and led product roadmap, use case prioritisation, delivery and monitoring/feedback to capture and share key learnings & enabling us to scale new launches.

Program Management: Spearheaded a cross-functional team of NGO members to deliver significant impact by taking a customer-centric approach, utilizing deep problem understanding to drive growth and achieve the mission of providing pure drinking water to remote villages in South-Eastern India through digital transformation and efficient project management. 

Product Management: As a product leader, drove the daily operations of a talented team of artists, animators, and audio-visual experts to produce innovative animations for education and awareness programs globally, showcasing exceptional leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills.

Product Management: Led the sales efforts from APAC market and built long term contracts and took over the product management from customer engagement model. Identified the market gaps for the product with customer interactions and extensive user research. Worked on building nextgen healthcare domain products to cater to US and Canadian Markets for elderly care 

Product Management: Led 16 projects integrations as part of ProdIntel acquisition by Tarento and successfully applied agile methodologies to ensure business continuity and delivered key business value. The CSAT score post transition was the highest for my contribution. 

Jun 13 - Aug 14 :: Business Development II | IonIdea Interactive Bengaluru, India

Business Development: Owned the New Zealand sales development efforts in driving business growth across edutech and healthcare industries. Executed the process improvement for sales over the Singapore market efforts and contributed nearly $1M.

Mar 11 - Jun 13 :: Business Development | Zenith Software Bengaluru, India

Business Development: Started the sales cycle for APAC market primarily focused into Australian market and established long term contracts. Identified, developed and executed the necessary process gaps in the sales funnel and worked very closely with stakeholders in making it a primary growth indices.

Business Development: Lead a small team of 3 sales executives in running the Australian market sales. Envisaged and planned for the sales growth engine towards the New Zealand market and gained strength within a short period by establishing long term relationships.

Quality Engineering: Cleared 45 production ready builds under casual, action and sports genre games. Created and developed core competencies for Blackberry device testing process
